Live Local Rentals is a Melbourne-based professional short-stay accommodation operator and property management company. Founded and directed by Albert Li, we bring over 10 years of experience in property management, development and construction.

We professionally operate and manage short-stay accommodation across Melbourne, providing guests with well-maintained properties, consistent service, professional cleaning and reliable local support.

At the same time, we work with property owners to manage and optimise their short-stay rental properties, from bookings, pricing and guest communication to cleaning, operations and ongoing property care.

With a strong local focus in Melbourne’s south-eastern suburbs, our aim is simple: to provide quality accommodation for guests and professional, reliable management for property owners.
